Our General Office is located in the north building, adjacent to the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay hotel.  The buildings share a parking garage.  We reside on the 11th floor.  Before entering the elevator, press button number 11.  Wait for the automated voice to announce which elevator car to use (A, B, C or D).  There are no buttons inside the elevator car; it will take you directly to the 11th floor.
